The meticulous process to make just one, uniquely combines the very latest manufacturing technology with traditional craftsmanship. Briefly, Medium Density Fiberboard is fed through a 5-Axis Computer Numerically Controlled router. It is thoroughly glued, pressed and primed before a deep rich paint job is first mechanically applied, and then hand finished.
